D_SC_N_CT_D was designed to be an interactive session facilitated by UNICEF Innovation as Devcon 5 in Osaka Japan. Through game systems, D_SC_N_CT_D communicates what it means to be “information poor” and facilitate conversation about how blockchain can reduce the digital divide.
